Avoid Aspartame
Aspartame is a highly debated artificial sweetener that has been reportedly linked to numerous health and behavior problems. This is particularly so with young children and the elderly, whose brain barriers are weak and susceptible to aspartame leaking through to the brain. According to reports, this may result in damaged neural cells and the onset of Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Other symptoms that have arisen from the use of aspartame are headaches, migraines, eye disorders, depression, brain tumors, birth defeats, ringing in the ears and more.
So if you are dieting, stick to healthy, wholesome foods while avoiding diet products that contain aspartame as an artificial sweetener. It is OK to eat a bit of sugar, and is much healthier than the alternative.
