How to Keep on Walking!

Trying to stay fit, despite how busy you are? Why don’t you try a nice daily walk. Start with 15 minutes a day and build up to at least 30 minutes. Walk with hand weights, gently swinging them back and forth. Do you have a friend closeby? Walk together to keep eachother company! You may also enjoy bringing an I-Pod or other music player so you can listen to fast paced music. Try books on tape as well – you will find yourself looking forward to you walk, just to see what will happen next. Finally, a change of scenary is always nice. Walk different routes each day to keep your exercise feeling fresh!
